Jose has just done an amazing job painting the facade of my house and roof terrace ! He was meticulous in his work and I felt he went above and beyond. He also filed all the paperwork involved in getting to this point which wasn’t easy !! He also did a fantastic job painting my kitchen ceiling as well as several other jobs that I hadn’t found anyone else to do. Such a nice person to have in the house - very clean and tidy in his work. I will definitely be using him again in the future. It’s so hard to find such a great tradesman.

J'ai fait appel à l'entreprise H Lucas et les travaux viennent de se terminer. Je recherchais une personne de confiance qui saurait comprendre mon probléme (une forte humidité dans mon patio avec en conséquence toute la peinture apposée par un autre artisan il y a à peine un an qui cloquait) et qui pourrait me proposer des solutions. Jour après jour j'ai observé cet artisan qui refaisait une façade dans une rue voisine j'ai été séduite par son travail et surtout par le soin qu'il apportait à son travail (protection des surfaces, finitions...) J'ai donc fait appel à lui et je dois dire que son sérieux est à relever. Ce monsieur est d'abord venu faire des essais sur mes murs avec 3 produits différents, puis il a souhaité attendre quelques semaines (en fait nous avons attendu 3 mois) pour apprécier la tenue, il a fait tout cela gracieusement. Je le recommande chaudement, c'est un artisan sérieux, ponctuel, qui connait parfaitement bien son métier et qui tient variment compte de vos besoins avec des tarifs très abordables.

I called on the H Lucas company, and the work has just been completed. I was looking for a trustworthy person who would understand my problem (high humidity on my patio, resulting in all the paint applied by another tradesman barely a year ago peeling) and who could offer me solutions. Day after day, I watched this tradesman redoing a facade on a neighboring street. I was impressed by his work, and especially by the care he took in his work (surface protection, finishes, etc.). So I called him, and I must say his professionalism is remarkable. This gentleman first came to test three different products on my walls, then asked to wait a few weeks (in fact, we waited three months) to assess the results. He did all this free of charge. I highly recommend him, he is a serious, punctual craftsman who knows his trade perfectly and who takes your needs into account with very affordable prices.
